Use of steroid medications

Use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)

Chronic diseases that impair healing or increase risk

Connective tissue disorders

Autoimmune diseases

Uncontrolled diabetes

Active cancer or ongoing chemotherapy/radiotherapy

Neurological conditions (such as myasthenia gravis, epilepsy โ€“ depending on procedure type)

Recent vaccinations within the past 30 days

COVID-19 vaccination within the past 3 months

Recent aesthetic or surgical procedures in the same area that require healing time

Tendency to form keloids, hypertrophic scars, or fibrotic tissue

Presence of a pacemaker, metal implants, or insulin pump

Heart disease

Severe chronic illnesses affecting recovery
