Paula holds an OFQUAL Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice, which is recognised as the highest standard of training in medical aesthetics in the UK. OFQUAL is the official UK government regulator for qualifications, ensuring that education and training meet strict national standards. She is also an associate member of the British Association for Medical Aesthetic Complications (BAMAC), an organisation focused on patient safety, complication management, and high clinical standards within the aesthetics industry. She specialises in regenerative medicine and dermal fillers, with a strong focus on natural, refined results and patient safety.

Michael is a qualified phlebotomist and a current Adult Nursing student, with a special interest in regenerative treatments. He specialises in procedures using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), as well as treatments supporting hair growth and restoration. He works closely with patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring care and comfort at every stage.
