By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms and Conditions below.
Policy and Terms
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms and Conditions below.
If the Terms and Conditions are not read prior to booking, and this leads to a misunderstanding that prevents the treatment from being carried out, the appointment will be forfeited and the deposit will be non-refundable.
Services and treatments are available only for clients aged 18 and over.
Please bring a photo ID to your appointment.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows without prior notice will prevent future bookings.
Arrival Policy & Waiting Area Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment being cancelled and the deposit being non-refundable.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time, as there is no designated waiting area.
Strictly No Children & Accompaniment Policy For safety and insurance reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment.
The treatment environment involves needles and other equipment that may be hazardous to individuals under the age of 18.
Please attend appointments without accompaniment. In exceptional cases, contact directly to discuss the possibility of attending with someone or arranging an alternative appointment.
Scheduling Considerations & Communication:
Requirements A communicative level of English or Polish is required in order to conduct a consultation, discuss the details of the treatment and aftercare instructions, as well as to talk about contraindications and how to handle potential complications.
When booking a dermal filler appointment, please ensure that, you are not planning to travel shortly after the procedure (in case of emergencies).
Dermal fillers should not be scheduled right before holidays/trips abroad (at least 3-5 days).
Results, Expectations and Refund Policy Each individual’s anatomy, lifestyle, and healing process can affect results. While every effort is made to achieve your desired outcome, no specific result can ever be guaranteed. The practitioner will always advise what is realistic and safe for your features.
Any concerns or uncertainties must be reported within 14 days after the treatment. If any true asymmetry remains once the area has fully healed, this can be assessed and corrected. However, if a patient simply wishes to add more product or feels unsure about their results due to personal preference rather than an actual irregularity, this will be considered a new treatment and charged accordingly.
It is important to remember that subtle differences are natural, and every face heals in its own unique way.
All treatments are strictly non-refundable.
Contraindications & Medical Disclosure
Contraindications for aesthetic treatments include: flu (even the very beginning or final stage, runny nose, cough) , fever, the use of antibiotics (patients must wait at least 14days after taking the last antibiotic tablet), herpes (cold sore), pregnancy, breastfeeding, viral infections, chronic skin conditions (e.g., psoriasis, dermatitis), autoimmune diseases, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, tendency to form keloids, cancer, and blood clotting disorders (GP’s consent required).
In case of failing to review the contraindications or not disclosing conditions and attending the appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable and serves as compensation.
Active cold sores are a contraindication to all aesthetic treatments, regardless of the treatment area.
Pre-Treatment Instructions
Do not consume beverages containing caffeine on the day of the treatment.
Do not consume alcoholic beverages for at least 48 hours before the planned procedure.
Clients with a history of cold sores are advised to take preventive antiviral medication 5 days before their appointment.
Active cold sores are a contraindication to all aesthetic treatments, regardless of the treatment area.
Refrain from taking painkillers or anti-inflammatory medications for 48 hours before the planned procedure.
You can start taking antihistamine and arnica tablets (you can buy both from Boots) 1 week before your appointment to help reduce bruising and swelling post treatment.
Antihistamines must be taken mandatory daily for 5 days before the Gouri (polycaprolactone) treatment, as well as 1-2 hours before the procedure on the day of the treatment.
Aftercare – Facial Aesthetic Treatments
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided after treatment.
Failure to comply may negatively affect results. F
ollowing any facial aesthetic treatment, clients may experience temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, itching, or mild discomfort at the treated areas. These effects are normal and usually subside within a few days.
Clients are advised to: Avoid touching, rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure to the treated areas unless specifically instructed by the practitioner. Refrain from strenuous exercise, excessive facial movements, saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, and swimming for at least 24–48 hours post-treatment. Avoid alcohol, excessive caffeine, and smoking for 24–48 hours, as these may increase swelling or bruising. Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and extreme heat/cold for at least 48 hours; apply SPF. Refrain from applying makeup, active skincare ingredients (such as retinoids, acids, or vitamin C), or undergoing additional facial treatments for 24–48 hours, unless otherwise instructed.
Any prescribed aftercare products or medications must be used strictly as directed.
If unusual pain, increasing swelling, skin discoloration, signs of infection, visual disturbances, or any other concerning symptoms occur, clients must contact the practitioner immediately or seek urgent medical attention.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and may increase the risk of complications.
Treatment Suitability & Product Amount
The exact amount of product required is assessed during your pre-treatment consultation.
Booking a treatment for a specific amount (e.g., 0.5 ml) does not guarantee that this quantity will be suitable, will achieve the expected result, or will be administered.
Clients cannot request or insist on receiving a specific amount if it is not clinically appropriate and safe. If you are uncertain about the most suitable treatment or the amount of product required, you are advised to book a consultation only, prior to any treatment.
Clients must not book a consultation and a treatment appointment consecutively or at the same time.
The purpose of the consultation is to assess suitability, discuss options, and decide whether to proceed with treatment. Any decision to book a treatment should be made during or after the consultation. If a client books both a consultation and a treatment appointment in advance, and subsequently decides not to proceed with treatment following the consultation, the deposit for treatment appointment will be forfeited and non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively.
Consultations are charged at £20. If you decide to proceed with a treatment and the appointment is booked within 60 days of the consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of the treatment.
We do not perform treatments that may compromise facial harmony, create disproportionate results, or are not in the client’s best interest.
If the recommended amount of product is not accepted, if the requested treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe, or if the client’s expectations cannot be met, the practitioner reserves the right to refuse the procedure.
Clients who have previously received lip filler or any other dermal fillers at another clinic must be aware that the presence of filler migration, asymmetry, lumps or overfilled tissue may prevent treatment from being carried out. In such cases, dissolving the existing filler may be required prior to any new treatment.
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments & Top-Up
For all anti-wrinkle treatments, clients must book the initial treatment first and cannot combine the initial treatment and top-up into a single appointment. Top-up appointments must be booked separately.
The anti-wrinkle top-up must take place between 14 and 28 days after the initial treatment.
Clients are strongly advised to book their top-up appointment at the time of creating the initial treatment booking, immediately after receiving confirmation of the initial appointment. This ensures that a suitable top-up slot is secured. If a top-up is not booked in advance, availability cannot be guaranteed, and the clinic is not responsible for accommodating last-minute requests.
Top-ups cannot be performed after 28 days from the initial treatment. If a client requests a top-up outside normal working hours, the appointment will not be free and will be charged £50.
Important: Booking the initial treatment and top-up together for the same date does not secure a top-up. A separate booking for the top-up on an appropriate date is required to guarantee availability.
Course of treatments is paid in advance on 1st session and follow-up treatments are scheduled within the time frame agreed upon with the practitioner.
Please note: Treatment packages are valid for one person only and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
In the case of purchasing a treatment with the intention of scheduling the appointment later, the client is required to book the visit within 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed individually. After this period, if no contact is made to arrange an appointment, the reservation becomes invalid or may be subject to a price adjustment in line with the current price list.
Treatments not used within 6 months from the date of purchase will be cancelled or charged according to the current rates.
